Non-Returnable Items (Hygiene Regulation)

For hygiene and health reasons, returns or exchanges are not accepted for lingerie, nightwear, intimate apparel, or adult/fantasy items.

This also applies to sets that include any underwear or intimate pieces.

(Example: nightdress & robe sets, lingerie sets, intimate sets, etc.)

If your order contains any item from the intimate category, the entire order becomes non-returnable.

14-Day Return Right (Eligible Items Only)

For products outside the intimate/lingerie category, customers have the right to return the item within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer regulations.

Returned items must be:
